Call when we were half an hour away from check in cancelling due to reported electrical issues and asked for bank details for “refund”Stayz staff were great though, refunded instantly and did what they could. "There is no off street parking and hard to get close to property when trying to unload. We arrived late traveling from Adelaide no lighting at all at entrance. Entrance itself was very dirty and a lot of spiders. - Coffee Machine was filthy- No top Sheet on bet.- Mattress on bed was a double with a Queen base- Balconies were very dirty with a lot of cob webs and spiders.- No Physical guest Book.- No TV Remote for Free to Air TV - So could only watch movies etc.- Only one capsule for the dish...

"Really nice and fresh recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Nice rooftop balcony opening from the kitchen/dining area ideal for breakfast and BBQ. Street parking permit included and good availablility of parking spaces. Highly recommended city apartment just 2 min walk to the South Melbourne Market."
