"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "

This is a stately old manor that has been modernized. David, the manager, was a great resource and counsel for area attractions who consistently proved that we could trust completely. Also, his plentiful breakfasts were expertly prepared and presented, customized to our individual tastes. When a scheduled taxi failed to show on time, he personally took it upon himself to drive us in his own vehicle to the destination. We highly recommend Spylaw Bank House to others and whenever we return to...

This was our first stop and night in Edinburgh. Our wonderful host let us check in early. This sure helped us as we were tired and stressed from travel and trying to drive in Edinburgh. lol We had a wonderful stay at their home and they provided us with 2 wonderful Scottish breakfast to start our day with. If you run across my review and you are trying to decide...let this help you...stay here, they are the best, you will feel at home and be treated great!

KM Hotel was fantastic and very centrally located. It does not have a lift/elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, which was an unwelcome surprise. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.
