"Keppel's Head is a fantastically positioned B&B with direct access to public transit, the harbor & shops, and the Royal Naval Yard museums. Breakfast was included with our stay and was generous & serviceable, and the staff was very helpful on several occasions, even at 0300 when we needed to be let out of the car park to get to our flight. "I’ve walked past this hotel on many occasions without realising how nice it is inside. The staff were great, particularly Tilly on reception who was really helpful. I enjoyed a very pleasant meal and bottle of wine in the bar. Highly recommended if you’re in Portsmouth. "
