"Me and my son stayed here for 3 days, 2 originally which we extended by a further day. The staff were so friendly and arranging us to stay in the same room for our entire visit (even though when booking through Expedia, was told we couldn’t do that.) We were taken away by the breathtaking views over Bangkok city from our hotel room and the swimming pools. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, always at hand to serve and give us anything we may need. This hotel was located at the end of one of the BTS lines, making it very easy to get about the city, and even easier still to get to and from the airport. The hotel was spotless clean, breakfast on a morning there was so much selection, a lot of food cooked on request instantly. I can’t fault our stay in Eastin Grand Hotel, hopefully we can visit Bangkok again in the near future. And I’d definitely stay here, and recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for having us! ☺️"

"One of the best hotels stays we have had in Bangkok. The staff from the time we arrived and entered the hotel with baggage pickup followed by reception were wonderful. The cleaning staff were good. The sky Lounge area and staff were kind and amazingly helpful and ready to serve. The pool was nice and clean. The only thing we did not have a chance to enjoy was the Steam room which was down during our stay :-( We spent most of our time at the hotel enjoying the amenities. There is a large mail (terminal 21) nearby that offers shopping, food and movies. It is definitely my new go to hotel when I have to stay in Bangkok. "

"This is in a less tourist side of town - gives one a true feel of what and where locals live and do. Still a lot of things to do and see. The hotel is connected to a department store so it’s very convenient for shopping, food selections. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is also an area of complimentary food and drink available for customers. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed. "

"We loved our stay at Lebua, we were lucky enough to have a suite which included lounge access and breakfast. Breakfast had a wonderful variety every day and each evening we enjoyed a wine and afternoon snacks in the club lounge. It was a nice way to watch afternoon storms rolling in. The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, including packing a huge breakfast box for us on our last day as we had an early check out. A good way to get around the city is a day pass from the boat depot around 500m away, for 300 baht you can get an all day hop on and off pass to see the sights. We will definitely be back as soon as we can! "
