Amazing hotel with bad restaurant(we decided to have a dinner there which was big mistake(kitchen was extremely slow and the service was disaster)Night time bar was good

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel and atmosphere. Every detail every amenity carries the treehouse theme and feel. My favorite hotel experience. I didn’t want to leave.

Bedroom was clean .. only thing I could suggest is having a phone for housekeeping such as needing toilet roll extra otherwise need to go down to reception .. check in and checkout was fairly easy no hassle .. tea and coffee was also downstairs and unlimited - good feature but can make it bit easier if had kettle in the room .. also was advised tap water was drinkable .. maybe a filtered water machine could be a great asset.

Hotel was very clean, well maintained and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Manchester. I was traveling alone, and the hotel was a great choice for my visit. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and explore the city on my own. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back and relax. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a weekend in the city. Great location convenient for the university and city centre. Hotel is modern, clean. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the air conditioning worked well. Great buffet breakfast and reasonably priced I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
