"The room was extremely noisy, lots of sounds come in. Probably bad isolation. Under our room 454 were 2 giant heatpumps making lots of noise. We did nog sleep at all. What a terrible experience."

"The ocean was not visible from our room. We did not receive an upgrade as we thought we would - it was not offered at check in. We're we disappointed? No. We didn't spend that much time in our room. Too busy going out to see the sights of Vancouver! The hotel was lovely, and the staff very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We stayed here while visiting Vancouver. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The free, secured parking was a huge plus and something we really appreciated. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin and you can hear almost everything going on in neighboring rooms and the hallway. We were planning to be up at 6 a.m., so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. However, if you have young kids or are hoping to sleep in, it may be something to keep in mind before booking. Overall, we did enjoy our stay."

"There was a Starbucks and other good local coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. The flyover Canada was also in walking distance and a fun activity."
