"We recently booked a stay at Pan Pacific Vancouver for my parents, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. They couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the hotel is from the elegant interiors to the relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most was the stunning view. They loved waking up to breathtaking views of both the sea and the city it truly made their stay extra special. They also mentioned how comfortable and enjoyable everything was during their visit. From the rooms to the overall ambiance, everything exceeded their expectations. Overall, they really enjoyed their stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful place with amazing views in Vancouver!"

"All the staff for lovely, the hotel was very clean and we only experienced the buffet but it was a good spread. The hot tub was a bit small so hard to get into when there was a bunch of people and I did notice a little bit of wear on the doors to the rooms while walking through the Halls but otherwise absolutely lovely place. I'd love to come back and experience lunch and dinner. "

"The room was clean, the pillows were awful.., clumpy and hard and very uncomfortable. The bed was average. The view was nice. We ate in the front lounge for happy hour. The food was sub par the prawns were delicious a 5 star rating for them. Was expecting the smash burger from the other restaurant the one we ordered in the lounge not the same as the one ordered on room service last time we stayed. The server who served us was cleaning a table that is near the host booth and dropped a fork on floor and proceeded to put the fork back on the table and continue the set up for next guest… yuck. The outdoor pool was dirty and needed a good clean of the debree the indoor pool had used cups everywhere. Overall the stay was okay. Better food and service and cleanliness last time we stayed."
