"Overall it was good hotel - great location, friendly people - but some of the rooms are still in need of a little tlc. The mattress in our room needs replacing - it sagged in the middle. The bathroom fan didn't work - so a shower really steamed up the place. Some hooks to hang clothes/coats would have been helpful - instead we had to put everything in the bathroom -which was regularly steamy. "

"The main problem was the breakfast I paid for the breakfast buffet for me and my daughter was about $96 but the food was so bad. Almost nothing tasted good - how can you have a buffet breakfast for that much money with barely anything warm and from eggs to porridge bland??? I was so disappointed - the food truly sucks!! The hotel is fine and the location is great but - eat out please. "

"The rooms are well apportioned, roomy, and have very comfortable beds. The location is just wonderful for a Vancouver experience. The hotel's history is a nice addition. My only issue is the room fridge compressor was louder than I would have expected."
