"We have stayed at Locanda Maggiore three times now and we love this hotel. It has some age and character and in its day it was indeed a Grand Hotel. It has stood the test of time and is a beautiful place. We love the location for visiting around Tuscany. The train to Firenze is so convenient. We always have a rental car and the parking is better than most areas of Italy. The staff is fabulous and ALWAYS helpful. I recommend Locanda Maggiore highly."

"This was our 5th stay in this Hotel . Location is excellent . Service is also excellent. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are now tired and need some love applied . Hope the rooms get a little revamp as I really love this location and the staff who work I it . "

"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "
