"This is a rustic cottage but it was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely return. Communication from Lucca Apartments and the cottage owners was good. Although communication from Lucca Apartments and the cottage owners was good, a little more information about the local area would have been helpful and would have added to our experience. For example, there is a lovely riverside walk into Pescia which we only found by chance."

"The villa is super! Clean, good spacey rooms, a proper kitchen. There are nice features like sauna, jacuzzi, a proper swimming pool, place to grill. It is nicely located in surrounded by trees, and it is situated in the hills and therefore a bit cooler - which is very nice, no airco needed! The house owners are very nice, respond fast to messages, are more than willing to tell about the to-do's and the environment of Pistoia... to summarize, a pearl in Tuscany. "The owner was very accommodating. He has a house adjoining the property so was responsive when needed. The house layout is unique. There are two lower level bedrooms, no windows, and a family room isolated from the rest of the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs via a stairway from the dining room, and they are large with spacious bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are in the “tower”, accessible from the family room by VERY steep stairs. We did not use these bedrooms but it would have been a...

8/10 Good
"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
