"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. My maid Diana went out of her way to leave me towel animals with flowers. Beach staff Wilbur and Carlos at the bar were always ready with a smile and joke. The star of the show was our Butler Harry who went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. For my birthday he delivered a cake and a bottle of champagne. He was ready to make sure our stay was special and made us dinner reservations with recommendations The only downside was the quality of the food. The amount of food and the variety were great but some of the restaurants delivered food that was disappointing. Especially Sendai the Japanese hibachi restaurant. Expectations were high but steak was difficult to chew and chicken was dry. Also there was too much food as we got hibachi shrimp and salmon after that Food not withstanding I'd recommend this resort"
