"Amazing atmosphere. It was so nice to have the hottub and pool after a long day of walking Quebec City; on top of that, we got a tropical experience in Canada which is super special. Staff were very responsive and helpful as well. Whenever we had a question or needed help with the wifi, or our key cards, they were at the ready to help us out. Really great experience."
