My colleague and I had the most wonderful experience at Swissotel, Quito! The staff were amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the location is also great. I would definitely love to visit again! Special shout out to Orlando who really took care of us! He’s a superstar and provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks guys! Hope to see you all again some day!

Clean and conveniently located family hotel for a few days in Quito. Four of use fit in one room, and its private patio was nice. The water was hot and the included breakfast was reliable. There was street noise, but it was worth it to be just a few blocks from the main plaza.

I arrived On time THe hotel staff is very COoperative. THey are Very Dependent of Your Needs.. All time active..!!

It was located at a good place near to the famous Carolina park and some of the best commercial centers

Bellavista Cloud Forest Reserve and Lodge is an amazing place to stay. They have extremely knowledgeable birding and wildlife guides and the people who work there are super nice. The food is great, although the options are limited. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Ours looked out into the cloud forest. Don't expect a luxury experience. This is a fairly remote location that is ideal for nature lovers and particularly birders. I would recommend getting a package if you go that...

Beautiful authentic boutique hotel. I had to stay one night on my way to Galapagos and did not want to stay at one of those chain modern places. This hotel is very charming, with hammocks outside and place to walk safely on the property. Bonus airport transfer included. Onsite restaurant open till 10PM with great food.

the place is a piece of paradise. Even though it is a little ways off, it is worth it. If you like nature and luxury at the same time, this is the place to be. Make sure to ask the staff to turn on the fireplace.

I had the pleasure of staying for two nights. I had a number of medical issues as related to my diet. Every request was made with a smile.When I left I had to be at airport at 4am. No problem... They made a special breakfast to order. The whole grounds are immaculate. The main 'casa' is loaded with amazing artwork. Paintings sculptures etc. You literally can spend an hour looking thru one of their sitting areas and then look again and realize you missed a dozen objects. I can't figure out how...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying with David at Tarrassas de Dana. The hotel is only 4 small bungalows. They are simply but elegantly designed and finished. The site if nothing less than spectacular. Gorgeous! Full of flowers, verdant mountains, hummingbirds and butterflies. David was a wonderful host and so very helpful. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel served on the private porch of our bungalow. Both were excellent.

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have wonderful fireplaces that the staff will light for you. The views are magnificent and the restaurant is excellent. Our experience were perfect in some many ways, the employes were very warm and helpful with the reservations for the local attractions, the entertainment living room in the hotel with the games and the karaoke let us enjoy in a safety way, the room was excelent and very confortable, the absence of tv wasnt necessary, I will absolutely return there and recommend them. My only sugestion is to put a fan inside de room. Thank you for everything!!

It is truly a dream hotel if your dream is to sleep amongst tropical birds and plants. It was incredible to wake up to hummingbirds, toucans, and parrots every day. The rooms are wonderful and the food is great. Strongly recommend

The hotel resides in one of the most beautiful places I have ever experienced. The grounds are immaculately maintained, tge architecture is gorgeous, the spaces uncrowded and relaxed. Places like this only exist in fairy tales. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The on-site restaurant is very good too. I hope to spend another vacation there.

The check in was the best. We arrived late and she accommodated us right away. Surrounded by hummingbirds and beautiful greenery. Breakfast was excellent. Great place to stay
