"The entire staff from front desk to service staff in both restaurants were exceptional. The property offers great view of Mirror Lake. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. Many comfortable chairs throughout the hotel plus outdoor seating by the fire pit at night. We will be returning again."

"Despite platinum Expedia status, no room upgrade was offered at check-in and when I asked we were told no other rooms were available even though the couple in line behind us at reception were offered several alternatives. However, after mentioning this in a Hilton review we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was very kind of the hotel management and greatly appreciated by us."
