"Clean room for the night i stayed"

"Stayed here after a concert and had a comfortable stay. Had reserved a room with a hot tub but there was a malfunction with the hot tub before my arrival and had to switch to a lower room type but they informed me about it a few days before arrival to let me decide what i wanted to do. They also said they would refund the price difference between the room we reserved and the room we got. The breakfast had the coolest pancakes machine i've ever seen in a hotel. It had me and three other women watching it while it made my breakfast."

"There’s a lot of street work in progress around the hotel right now; but the inconvenience is manageable. You can’t beat the price and convenience for proximity and accessibility to the Mayo Clinic. "

"resturants near by are fast food or mediocre, except Caribou Coffee in Lobby which is comparable to Starbucks (Don't have Caribou where we live). ..better to go over to Grand Kahler for meals. Gave 4 on Area around Hotel averaging 3 to shops surrounding hotel but 5 because its just across the street to Gonda bldg at Mayo, where all my appts were."

"Alex at the desk was wonderful and he made a great recommendation for Mexican food that was incredible. He was very friendly and kind. "

"My family stayed in several rooms here for a mini family reunion and we all had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and went out of their way to help us. My room had a lovely view of the river. We all enjoyed looking at the historical exhibits around the hotel. Red Wing is a cute town too."
