"The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. The main problem was that despite it being in the middle of a heat wave the back bedroom window was locked with no key available and the water heater was in the same room so it was even warmer than it would have been. A fan would have made a big difference. It was a sweet property but could have been improved with a little attention to detail."
