I enjoyed the very laid back vibe and the mix of other guests/ residents - people of all ages, families, other groups. Staff were always polite and professional, but not exactly friendly or welcoming."

"Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan! "
