"Very helpful and friendly staff..especially the Parking attendant Richard who appears to play multiple roles...he is a true customer service person...Kudos to him! Not crazy about the breakfast experience..staff appears to be hassled, overworked and distracted. Orders are not always completed accurately. Need improvement in this area."

"I stayed at the hotel to attend an entertainment event at the casino. The hotel is clean and well kept. I was disappointed in the restaurants available. They have limited menus and the quality of the food is average. I expect higher quality from a Hilton hotel. If you want to attend an entertainment event and plan to use the casino spearing, I suggest staying at a hotel closer to Santa Fe, which has many fine restaurants. "
