As we drove down a dirt road to The Pink Flamingo, we wondered what we were getting into. As soon as we walked into the villa, we were smitten! It was gorgeous, beautiful, exquisite! The high ceilings, interesting African artifacts and photographs, stained glass windows, large bedrooms, pools and views were like a dream. I really enjoyed my stay. This is a discount B&B with good service and spacious rooms. If you haven't been to Moshi yet, this hotel is slightly out of the town center. I would urge you to avoid the town center - it is really noisy and the air isn't good. On hot Tanzanian days, these things matter. The Secret Garden is adjacent to an open field and it is quiet. Also, the owner Daudi is an interesting person - ask him to tell you the story of this property - it's quite interesting!

Good. Clean place

We had been promised a driver to take us from the airport to the lodge, and he was there waiting in spite of the l-o-n-g entry process and the late hour. And, he is a very good driver, even where the roads were iffy. We were offered a late light supper, which was perfect. In the morning, the manager greeted us with "Come see the mountain. It's the first time in a month!" He led us to a huge deck jutting out over a gorge, and there in front of us was a crystal clear Kilimanjaro. Wow! ...

The staff helped us with all of our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very safe. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful, too.

Clean room and great value for money. The breakfast buffé was not the best but alright and staff kind and helpful.

This hotel is beautiful and charming in a unique way. Surrounded by banana and maze plantation, they have brought nature in by keeping numerous beautiful potted plants in the rooms and around common areas. It makes the place uniquely beautiful!

The staff and food here are excellent! Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed and more! It is a great place to stay and I will return to BNB hotel every time I come back to Moshi!
