If the castle is meant for relaxation, why do delivery trucks wake you up at 6:30am? Who do they put guests right on top of each other when the place is nearly vacant? Why don't the toilet seats stay up because the handle is in the way? Why is the shower so small and with no shelf to hold soap or shampoo? And if this is a place of learning and...

"I loved this place! My view of the back garden was so peaceful and beautiful. It was all very clean and new inside, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, breakfast delicious, and I liked the location and nearby walk along the River Stour: beautiful trees and meadows! The cathedral choral Evensong service is also a beautiful worship experience."
