"Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls.The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all...

"We had a wonderful time in Rye with this ideally located studio apartment. Superbly equipped with everything we needed to ensure a very pleasant stay. The steps to the apartment ( 2 staircases to negotiate plus the amazing staircase to the bedroom would challenge any one who struggles with stability). A quiet location disturbed only by birdsong. No complaints whatsoever about our stay."

"Location was good although it is right on the highway so it was loud- fortunately there was a great breeze that blew in thru those windows so they were always open. Which helped because there was a heat wave 90 degrees for 4 days - but they would not provide a fan. Other thing to note - we had to have the bedroom window open - again because of the heat wave and no fan- but the people that stay below sit on their terraces under the bedroom window- so made sleep challenging since they stayed up...
