Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details.This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away. We will be coming back!

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

This hotel was just minutes away from the airport and provided a convenient shuttle to and from the terminal.
