Beautiful historical Parador in the most peaceful nature filled grounds! Super helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, spacious with a view rooms! Within walking distance to the river as well! Highly recommend! Will return, muchas gracias!

Beautiful whimsy decor and located for easy access to sights and cafes.

Amazing showers!!! Sitting on the balcony was awesome and breakfast was very nice. Our host spoke english extremely well. Cute and quiet town.

Peaceful, beautiful spot, nice clean room. Very helpful and friendly owner.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

Great place to stay. Room was clean, food was good, location was great.

Everything was awesome.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

All was good. Each room is unique. Owner very nice and helpful. Would recommend

Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación

Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,

We were greeted at the front desk and able to communicate in English, since our Spanish was not very good. The room was as pictured and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The parking was a little tight but worked out fine. The continental breakfast was set-up in a connecting restaurant with cozy tables covered in linens, china, silverware and the large variety of self serve food choices. All in all a wonderful experience!!

Very spacious and clean. However not a lot of restaurants around in walking distance.
