The whole check-in and check-out process took less than 5 minutes. The location was perfect; a 2-3 minute walk and you're already witnessing the breathtaking view of Venice. Their breakfast was impressive; a wide range of food. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend this place; espcially if you're with a little one. My baby was 18 months old. "

"It doesn’t look like the “Hilton” but it is typical of most hotels in older cities. It is very clean, quite convenient (lots of restaurants, shoe repair and laundry near by), quiet and staff are extremely helpful. It has all the basics of what you need for a great stay in a huge city. The room is recently updated. English is no problem. Sharon at the front desk has gone the extra mile to arrange our shuttle to the cruise ship. I would stay again."
