We loved the space the space, lobby and in was convenient to the city bus route which was how we got around the city.

I will definitely stay here again

It was okay. However the AC in my room was very loud. My other half and I were both couldn’t sleep as much as we wanted because of the noise from the aircon dilemma.

We stayed for a whole week at this hotel with our two grandchildren and my husband, it was a great place to stay Close to the beach and shopping.

This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

It is the third time we stayed and it was wonderful. Great service and pool was awesome! Housekeeping was efficient when we needed towels. Love this hotel, the price and great for getting everywhere without the traffic and crowded streets in Waikiki.

Cute spot close to main road, and walkable distance to beach

Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

We really appreciated the welcoming staff & drinks on arrival after a delayed travel day. They really helped set the mood for a great stay. The location is close to ABC Stores & great restaurant options. This hotel provided real coffee mugs and glassware in our room…a small touch but very nice! We will be back! Aloha!

Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...

Friendly accommodating staff. 100steps away from the beach. My family loved the daily free breakfast and free filtered water.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. Absolutely loved our stay. Service and response time with staff could have been a little bit better but overall amazing hotel, clean, convenient and we were very comfortable!

Great stay. Easy walk to the main strip of Waikiki. Parking is steal being free and only a short two blocks away. Staff is very nice, beds comfortable. Rooms clean. My 6 yo enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again anytime.

This is my new favorite hotel in Waikiki! If you’re looking for a smaller hotel that isn’t a big resort, this is a GREAT option! Newly renovated less than 2yrs ago so everything is new, it’s clean, the staff is amazing, the rooftop pool is nice and has good views, the Heavenly restaurant downstairs has AMAZING breakfast! … I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. I’ll be back next visit!

Have stayed here often over the years but not recently until this stay, the upgrades to rooms and AC are outstanding and the whole place has been upgraded. For those coming from afar there are THREE ABC stores a phenom in Hawaii, within a few hundred yards of the Hotel meaning you could come with nothing and up to 11pm we well equipped for your stay.
