"Location of the flat was great as one can walk to the centre of Venice within 20 minutes or the water bus stop is less than 300 metres from the flat. The area is very quiet with many local Italians living nearby, local shop has basics and the nearby pizza restaurant is good value for money. The flat was clean but we felt that it would benefit from having a sofa or comfy chair in the large kitchen to relax in after a long day walking around beautiful Venice - there is no separate sitting room and...
