"They only care about money. Room was dated and musty. Few if any amenities. Everything was extra and overpriced. Definitely not worth it. The staff were slimy and unhelpful. Rigid policies. Worst hotel experience in over a decade. Best to avoid this place."

"My husband and I stayed in a mobility-accessible room. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, it lacked a few important features. First, the room needs a mirror in the room for make up. There was only a small mirror above the bathroom sink, and no shelf or space to place a makeup bag while getting ready. Second, there should be a shelf or towel rack near the sink. There were no hooks or surfaces nearby to hang a towel or place toiletries. I had to walk to the other side of the bathroom, dripping water after washing, just to reach a towel. This was a significant hazard, especially for someone with mobility issues."

"I’ve come here a couple of times and it’s always been pleasant this last time the night before I was going to leave these people check in. They keep the door open and they start talking on the phone very loud.. I mentioned to the front desk that I’d like to have another room. I was told nothing was available. The guy asked me what the problem was. I mentioned the woman he went over to talk to her. Have no idea what he said, but the night was miserable after he talked to her. They were making noise after 11 PM and I had to leave early in the morning so it was a very miserable last night at this hotel that I previously looked forward to going to. If you’re going to talk loud on the phone, it seems to me you might want to close your door. After the front desk talk to her there was quite a bit of noise during the evening. Someone came over to visit them again. They’re standing there with their front door open and they’re all talking there and it was just noisy and not what I was looking for Being respectful is a good thing. I am saddened and frustrated by the experience. I was told by the guy at the front desk that there were no rooms available however, when I spoke to a different guy in the morning, he told me there were four rooms that were available last night and that’s odd because I could’ve had one of those rooms as I originally requested and I would have not had this special experience. "

"Very clean and updated rooms, great property with beautiful views, walking distance to State Street bars and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. I'd book this place again. The only downside was, in our case, we own a non-Tesla EV, and the chargers in the parking garage didn't work for us."

"We did not get the room we had booked. Had to switch rooms due to a foul smell/possible gas leak. The next room's AC was broken, the faucet wouldn't stop running, and there was mold in the bathroom. "

"Room was small, noisy from front desk being right outside my door. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy. Bed was like most hotels...hard as a rock."
