"Parking was adjacent, valet, and around $40 per night. The lot was for guests only. Our king (with a patio) room was just large enough to accommodate the bed. There was no in-room table or chair(s), nor was there any space for them (they were on-patio). There were 3 in room cabinets, but nowhere to hang a long dress. No in-room coffee, and in the afternoon, no hot water for a shower."

"What a great find! Loved it so much - beds and pillows were comfy. Only complaint was the wood beams were very dusty which made me wake up w insane allergies and the window was covered w cobwebs outside- - they could use a window washer and better cleaning w ceilings but the room felt clean and it was super cozy indeed. Felt like an nyc hotel."

"We checked in at 3PM. We were given our keys but when we entered, the room was unclean. The towels were dirty & on the floor, the bed was slept in. There were half eaten yogurt and coffee cups laying about. We waited in the lobby over an hour past check in waiting for someone to be available to clean the room. We eventually had to leave so we wouldn't miss our dinner reservations. It was cleaned by the time we returned. People are overall nice just clearly understaffed. No other concerns beyond that. If you are just looking for somewhere to crash for the night that isnt priced at $800/night then I recommend it."

"Pros: beautiful hotel! -fancy -close to the beach -great staff service -yummy restaurant on site (overpriced but it was still delicious) -very clean -the heated floors in the bathroom are 10/10 Cons: bugs in room. -We found a couple spiders, one on the bed and a few just in the room. -the bed is very firm. I have a Temperpedic so I’m used to a softer bed and my back really hurt. -The pillows are awful, flat and uncomfortable. For such an expensive hotel, I think the bedding is lacking big time."
