Muy lindo hotel en el Centro Histórico de Santa Marta,as habitaciones, limpias y bonitas. La atención del personal fue inmejorable.

We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!

Mundo Nuevo is a very special magical place, which is why I went back for the second time and plan to be back again one day. The view and energy of the place is incredible. I feel at peace being here. All the staff is very friendly and Yessica is very nice and helpful. The food is AMAZING, very good quality vegetarian food. So if you're a meat lover, you may want to bring your own meat and request them to cook it for you (which one of the guys at the hostel did do that, and they cooked it...

Hotel is an oasis! Beautiful, boutique hotel. We struggled a little to communicate with the staff, but they were all incredibly friendly and the service was wonderful. The bathroom in the standard room is not separate, so you can see into the shower from the bed, regardless, comfortable, well-kept room.

Great place, Only a walk away to restaurants and board walk. We had the pent house unit and if it was not for the wind we would have slept on the balcony! If I ever go back to Santa Marta I will visit this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel with great room. A/c works well and keeps the place nice and cold. Great restaurants. If you go, you will have a great time. My wife and I will be back.

We stayed four nights and loved our experience. The breakfast was a highlight (made-to-order with coffee, juice, fruit, and local specialties). The owners helped us navigate activities in the area. We really enjoyed our time in the hammock and views from the upper terrace. *If you stay, ask about buying some homemade fruit preserves.

A really peaceful place to stay with lovely staff, delicious food, stunning views, and a great place to make friends. Definitely a place I would consider going back to. This is the place to go if you wanna get away from it all.

El hotel presenta buenas instalaciones pero a la hora de brindar apoyo en lo que sería el desayuno l@s meser@s no son atentos. Frente al lobby se solicito una plancha y demoraron 50 minutos en traerla a la habitación, situación que fue incómoda porque no podíamos cambiarnos sin tener la ropa planchada. Very nice cabins in the middle of nature. I enjoyed the cocoa experience they offer very much. Overall nice staff and a relaxing experience. I would defenitely recommend them.

Close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Yummy in room snacks. Loved the pool. Short taxi ride to supermarket. AC was great!

Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned.
