"Hotel was amazing in a perfect location, the shuttle from Kawaguchiko station is extremely convenient, I ran into trouble with my bus to leave but the staff was sooo patient and helpful. I had a truly special experience at this hotel- HIGHLY recommend getting the private bath with a lake view "

"We booked a room with private onsen with mount fuji view - it was honestly a great experience (apart from the fact we were lucky enough to wake up to mount fuji). The resort itself, while built a long time back, is reasonably well maintained. The tatami room is a treat and my 1.5yo absolutely loved it. There were so much to do everyday, from trying out yukata to tea appreciation to drum performance in the evening and wine tasting. If I were to go back to Mt Fuji area, I will no doubt choose this property again. Also special mention to the wonderful Ms Fukunaga. She took such good care of us including our 1.5yo. She's an asset to the resort for sure!"

"Great stay. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Had no issues as English-speaking travelers. Loved the onsen, traditional breakfast, and Mt. Fuji observation deck. Location is beautiful and very close to lakeside attractions and restaurants."
