"Pros: excellent accommodation very comfortable beds and nice Linens. Clean and well kept. 10min walk to amstel station. 5-10 to some restaurants. Fantastic breakfast-worth buying. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Nice art and gallery. Cons: be very aware of water quickly turning scalding hot in shower. Monitor children. I suffered a burn as a result. Told staff but wasnt too concerned. Said it happens when someone else turns on water. They need signage or to tell guests but no-one did warn us. Very dangerous! Overall very nice hotel otherwise."

"I was only there one night but I liked the concept with the shared spaces, greater collaboration with people working there and staying there. I really liked the view from my room on 12th floor. I think only reason for not 5 stars is the price is a bit high £159 + taxes for one night and no breakfast. But otherwise a very nice place to stay thank you"

" I was initially a bit unsure about booking this hotel since it’s a metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal, but it turned out to be a great choice. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and high‑tech throughout. The metro station is only a five‑minute walk away, and the surrounding area feels safe and well‑lit, even at night. Staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a good place to stay with a family. It's very spacious and pretty well located. I would say be careful booking the room with a loft---very unsafe for young kids. Other than that, nice place!"

"Perfect stay"

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
