"Very poor. The list could be endless. One TV Channel even after phoning to get the TV fixed. No phone so had to use my own phone to call reception. No WiFi No fridge. No robes. One biscuit packet. No safe. Very tired. A poor experience. This hotel lives on its attraction to the golf course not patrons who might expect a good hotel. Dreadful."

"What a fabulous hotel! We chose Peebles as it was about halfway back home to Wales for us, and after 9 days of hiking - a spa hotel sounded perfect! The fact that such a swanky place is also dog friendly (and TRULY dog friendly) made it even better. The staff were all cheerful, helpful and friendly. My husband used the gym facilities and I treated myself to a massage, which was quite honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I also purchased gifts from the on site gin distillery for our house sitter. Peebles was much more picturesque than I was expecting and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days there."
