Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

Nice view of river and loved a restaurant A Bolinas right up the road. It is a good walk into the city center, the funicular can be helpful.

A nice property with outstanding staff- very helpful,professional and knowledgeable! Location has easy access to city center and within walking distance. But beware — Porto is a very hilly city and the streets reflect that - you will get good exercise!

My husband and I stayed there for our 2nd anniversary after a few days on the Porto side as we were touring a few port lodges. I can't say better things about this hotel - the people (especially Tiago) were warm and friendly, and they event treated us to complimentary drinks at the bar since our room wasn't ready upon arrival. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. This is hands down one of THE BEST places I've had the pleasure of staying. Not only are the rooms incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful, but the PEOPLE who work there are so warm, friendly and helpful. Fatima and Franchesca were so helpful from the moment I arrived and just made all the difference in my experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends, and will certainly come back during my next visit to Porto. 5 stars all the way!!!

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

This was a great place to stay which was very conveniently located! It was clean, and cozy! The coffee shop located next door was also great!
