Search B&B in Sendero Bosque 1968 Trail

This property is simply breathtaking. The view is spectacular and every room has an amazing view. Outside of my room was a nice deck with hanging chairs where I could watch the monkeys swinging in the trees in the morning and the birds flying around in the forest. My favorite part of this b&b is definitely the view; however, the other factor that made this stay amazing was the staff. Everyone working at Nepenthe is helpful and extremely kind. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and...

This is a very simple and beautiful hotel. We stayed in one of the casitas/bungalows and it was just lovely. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and staff were all warm and friendly. This is not a fancy hotel, but it was just perfect for us. Cute towel animals greeted us every day.

Great hotel in Santa Elena. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Convenient location for visiting Monteverde and other reserves. Nice room, great breakfast.

Werner and Carlos are beautiful hosts and we really enjoyed the property and the delicious breakfast! We really appreciated that they immediately took the time to make a reservation to the Hanging Bridges and recommend a great restaurant. Thank you both!

Our family of three (2 adults and one six year old) stayed at Lucky Bug B&B for one night in April on our way from LIR airport to La Fortuna to break up our travel day. We selected the B&B based on other reviews and we were so glad we did. Check-in was easy and quick; we were greeted by Monika, Rob, and their cats and dog (which my son loved!). We were able to park our car right next to the B&B, which is set back away from the main road and through a gate that is closed to those not staying at...

Very prompt responses and issues were resolved quickly.

Great staff and service!

Wonderful place and incredible breakfast with a beautiful view! I highly recommend this place

The breakfast, which was included in the price, was amazing (eggs, toast, butter, jam, juice, and coffee). The facility is new and offers Wi-Fi and parking. The shower had the best water pressure of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip through Costa Rica. Upon arrival, they provide you with a map detailing all the local amenities, including the supermarket and tourist attractions, along with their prices!

We stayed at the Mar Inn during our three night stay in Monteverde and the service was exceptional and hotel room was nice. The hotel emailed us upon booking providing options for the best excursions in the area. Upon arrival, the staff (Rony) was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful in securing guides and providing advice in regards to the little differences between similar activities. The first guide the hotel staff recommended was Roy Parras Segura, who was...

We felt at ease with the host and hot breakfast was yummy

Brilliant setting, really helpful staff, comfortable and atmospheric. Great breakfast, eat as much as you want!

Habitación con mucha limpieza y con excelente atención de parte del personal. Altamente recomendado.!

My family's stay at Nafre House over the winter holiday was wonderful. The bed and breakfast is a perfect location for anyone visiting the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and the surrounding area, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were unfailingly gracious and helpful, in both English and our attempts at Spanish. They even brought us a New Year's Eve gift. We would recommend Nafre House to anyone visiting this beautiful area.
