"Keep in mind this is a simple hostel (with no curfew). Nevertheless, I booked the more expensive private room. All my expectations were met. I had a clean, comfortable room/bed to sleep in. The hostel is along the main road and is near the center of town, but my room was very quiet -- I slept very well.
The bathrooms are separate -- the one I used was roomy and the shower was fantastic.

This family owned and operated hotel was very clean, friendly and dog-friendly! Anthony, the owner, and his mom and aunt, some of the housekeepers, were very welcoming to us (my husband and I) and our German Shepherd. Our suite was very roomy and spotless, and the whole hotel had modern yet old school vibes with hardwood floors and black and white tiled bathrooms. Rooms were stocked with a Keurig and all the necessities including real creamer, a mini fridge, a microwave and bathroom toiletries....

I travel a lot for work and I have stayed at this property quite a few times. It's always clean and quiet. The staff are so kind and welcoming. It's right outside of Seneca Falls which has a lot of dining options and shops. Could not recommend this place enough

And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. I would like to return in a warmer season to better experience the lake. If I had to name one negative, it's that the water pressure was pretty weak in the...

The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!
