The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. We would definitely stay there...

Such amazing hotel, with totally different experience and atmosphere. You will find a nice unique decorating touches every corner in the this hotel. Local culture environment, clean, quite, i would definitely stay again and again. Special thanks to (Anne) & (George) at the (Daily) resturant ground floor, they treated me so special and made feel delightful 😊. Although the hotel is 3 stars but its way better than many 5 stars hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great.
