"The room was smokey, someone had been smoking in my room or near it previously. The paint work was flaking... The old easyjot colours were showing through! But otherwise it was an ensuite room to stay in for the night."

"My room was clean and comfortable. Air con not working which shouldnt be an issue this time of year as having an open window would be fine. However, this is an issue due to the 10000 decibel music with a baseline that goes through you - from outside - for hours. Usually id be a "cant beat em, join them" type but i was a lone female who found the groups of young men congregating and smoking, intimidating. Fellow guests were also inconsiderate - constant door banging. Thankfully i was only here for a (very looong sleepless) night to catch an early flight. Security and reception both very friendly and helpful. Never again - hotel is ok, area - not so much."

"The property is dated and tired. It felt grubby. I actually try avoid this hotel preferring others nearby and only go when I have no other options."

"Breakfast is provided fresh buffet style. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean & spacious. Not a complaint, just an observation over the many times we have used the hotel. Why only one comfortable chair though. ? Leaving the other person sit on foot stool or on the desk chair ( not very comfy,) or lie on the bed . Also I found the disabled parking at the front of the hotel was full with no badges shown. 7 cars not one badge berween them. That said we look forward to returning to the hotel on our next visit "
