"We have stayed at Dorsett Shepherds Bush just for one night and it was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back again. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is very enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size and clean and in good working order and the bed is very comfy for a good night sleep. The area the hotel is located was very convenient for us to attend a concert (walking distance to both Exhibition White City and Eventim Apollo) and there is a lot of highly rated pubs and restaurants nearby to choose from. We both very much like the hotel and will be returning again, so definitely recommend it."

"Member of staff at check-in was friendly and very helpful. Info provided in advance by hotel was helpful. Bus stop right outside the hotel and excellent Chinese takeaway nearby (the only place still serving food because we arrived late in the evening). We had family room (double & two single beds) very comfortable, clean. Slightly cramped but fine for just a one night stay. Bonus was a fridge in the room."
