"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "

"This is the second time I have stayed. Both times I have waited more than 15 minutes to check in and there were big queues. Other staff were clearly in the office behind reception but did not support their colleagues who were trying their best. The lifts are very slow and the rooms look old and tired. "

"The stay was good but we had to wait nearly 50 minutes after the 3pm check in time. This was very disappointing as we nearly missed out Hyrox start time!"

"My heater didn’t work It never blew hot air once Even in max I literally left the hotel because of that I went to A another place across the street which was 10 times better and it was $30 cheapest And it looked way better inside them those old ass rooms they had I I definitely won’t ever stay there again I know this other hotel across the street that I’ve been in now. I’ll always come here. It’s fresh and new and nice. It’s the Brit hotels the one in Earls Court"

"Stayed 4 nights, tried ordering room service twice and it was not always available, the restaurant Chet would not take any requests for room service. I even tried ordering at the restaurant and seeing empty tables, the manager said they were just too busy. The air conditioning was not great, couldn’t adjust the temperature, the room was too warm which is bizarre considering it was still cold out. Not planning on staying here again. "

"The hotel is clean, offers good dining and bar options. Its location is great. It is close to the Tube to get around town or to/from Heathrow. Also a good variety of restaurants in a comfortable walking distance. There is also the Portabella market on weekends. It's a good choice whether your trip is short or long. I have no hesitation to recommend it."
