"A wonderfully restful experience with unique charm and great water pressure, lovely bed and great AC. The food downstairs is world class and service was impeccable. Very friendly staff and lovely room. Would definitely stay time and time again. Fully recommend!"

"We booked for 1 night whilst at a gig at Wembley and this hotel was all we needed. No frills, clean bedding, comfortable bed, good bathroom. We were only in the room to sleep and then early check out for the train home. If I were being picky and were to come again I’d probably bring my own towel. The one provided I feel may be washed using fabric conditioner and not get good at drying you off after a shower but that’s being very picky. Staff were very helpful and pleasant on check in and check out. They hold a £20 deposit for your room key which is retuned on check out. We’d definitely stay again if we’re making a pit stop. Good links on the tube, hotel around 15 min walk from Shepards Bush market tube and still in zone 2 so if you wanted to keep to zone 1 and 2 you’re all good."

"Short walk to many locations. Nice area to walk between hotel and Holland Park where I went. Shops and restaurants opposite, polite and helpful staff. I was treated with dignity and respect as a female solo traveller, there was someone at reception when I arrived, I met the cleaner and I had fans and a fridge in my room which was great in the hot weather."
