We spent much time sitting on the terrace admiring the view and using the pool. Maria was a very attentive host who clearly cares about the house and her guests. "Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside.
