All staff very pleasant and helpful when needed including the bar staff in the Redwood bar which was a lovely peaceful experience with a a great selection of whisky to just relax at the end of the night. Convenient location, just a short walk from the main part of the city. The Vermont will now be my go to hotel for Newcastle "
