"Amazing stay as always. This is the only hotel I stay at when I am in Amsterdam. The staff are always amazing and always tend to your needs no matter how small. I arrived earlier than check in time but luckily a room was ready. It wasn't a room I am used to so I asked to be moved and this was done immediately. I was very grateful. Always have a pleasant stay, the room is always clean, staff always amazing and I find it to be easily accessible to the centre with the tram. "

"Having stayed in several Doubletree hotels,this one was no exception in that,from the start,we were made to feel welcome Always greeted with a smile and there were 3 girls in particular who would serve us a coffee or a drink in the smaller bar after dinner who were especially kind. I know one was called Nadia and the other one was still at college but keen to get into hospitality and open her own bar one day .The third was a lovely small girl of chinese descent i think. Really the kind of people you want to see at front of house when you come in from the rain. All in all a wonderful city well worth a visit. "
