The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! It was our second stay here. The staff is very friendly and recognized us quickly as we were there for 3 days. It's in a great location-subway stop is around the corner, many dining options, and a very quiet room. The shower was amazing and the room was very spacious with a huge television. The only thing we didn’t love is that they put a $600 hold on our credit card upon arrival. It was refunded after checkout, but I don't remember seeing anything about that when I booked....

This is a gem of a hotel - small, quiet, well appointed in a great location with pleasant, competent staff. Breakfast is included and served in a lovely cafe located at the back of the hotel, looking over their central terrace. I have never had a quieter room in New York including at much pricier hotels. Super comfortable and just a lovely space. The only downer is the front door is hard to find. Signage would help!

NoMo SoHo is highly praised for its beautiful and high-tech rooms, as well as its convenient location in SoHo. The hotel boasts a romantic yet contemporary design and features an on-site restaurant and bar set in a greenhouse. Guests staying in the higher floors can enjoy stunning views. However, it's worth noting that the rooms and bathrooms are compact and the fitness center is small and located underground. Overall, the hotel perfectly combines a nostalgic and modern aesthetic, providing a...

Nice, clean hotel with awesome roof top pool/bar. Excellent staff.

Absolutely amazing experience will return to this hotel on my next trip to NYC

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Shelley was AMAZING and very helpful. Definitely made the stay better.

Check in was easy and our room was even better than we anticipated.

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

Wonderful location, staff, in-lobby food and coffee. Rooms are always clean and here’s my hot tip: try to reserve a room with a patio

Great all around

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is very friendly. Will absolutely be staying here again!

The location is fantastic for getting around and walking almost anywhere or getting an easy subway. The hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.
