"This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star customer service. Being on the last leg of our trip in Taiwan, we are very glad we booked this hotel to end our trip on. The staff were attentive, helpful, and provided us with an amazing experience overall. The location is very convenient and quiet. The only complaint we have was that we noticed ventilation was not very good in our room and it smelt strange and stuffy, with a mould patch on the wall. Otherwise we had an amazing experience. "

"We were looking for a solid, cost-effective hotel in this location, and are very happy with Hotel B. Way to get to the MRT. Many restaurant choices. Good breakfast. And the staff is outstanding."

"The service was really good, the bed was great, had a great time with my family, however most of the equipment are either too old or couldn't function, that's a bit minus tbh, still recommend to stay there, but they should clean the room more and get the tub fixed."
