"I was told there were extra towels under the bathroom sink. Not true.Had to beg for towels from room attendants on different floors because no one would help me at the front desk. These rooms are managed by a third party. That being the case the front desk wouldn't help me with anything. They couldn't even give me the correct phone number to request towels.There were bags of trash by the elevator for over five hours.I paid 75 for an early check-in.
