"The house is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great too! It was a lovely touch that items for cleaning up (washing up liquid, sponges, kitchen cleaner etc.) were within the property. The only negative would be that the towels provided were only small ones, 1 per person and flannels. "

"Worse than basic, they turn off heating in bedrooms but have it on in hallways. People that have been there for a longer time say it's the habit of the management to do that, either you bring along your own heater or freeze and despite them providing a number to call for issues, they never respond to you or answer.
