"Nice big room but our upgraded room was located across from the cleaning headquarters and main road which was loud. Location away from downtown but still had options within walking distance. Good amenities."

"Please do not stay at this place unless you absolutely have to! I paid $215 for a stay and the room smelt like smoke, the sheets were dirty, and there were dead bugs on the bed. I walked out immediately and found another hotel. The “city view” is not any sort of view. Please don’t fall for the pictures on Expedia, they don’t represent the actual conditions of the hotel."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. The room I was originally checked into was clearly not properly cleaned. The windows had filthy hand smear marks and there was leftover food sitting in the microwave from a previous guest. It's unacceptable that a room in this condition was considered ready for check-in. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but instead of resolving the problem, I was simply downgraded to a smaller, lower-value room with less beds...

"1st room door didn’t lock, had to move to another room. No elevators, for the price of this room not that impressed. The bathroom was well stocked which was a very nice surprise! "
