" The Solace Hotel I liked the hotel, cozy, spacious room, upgraded, bed with good sheets and pillows, clean bathroom with a shower head working very well. The location is very close to the center, we could do everything on foot, and being on a hill wasn't a problem for us. There is a great Japanese restaurant opposite and a steak restaurant very close by. In the center it was very easy to take public transport to go to Puerto Montt and Frutillar. The breakfast is also very good. They were kind enough to anticipate our check in and extended our check out, lucky for us as it wasn't so busy at that time of year. We transferred from the airport with the hotel itself and everything went well, 25 thousand pesos each way. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were very kind. Finally, it met our expectations!"

"Since the change in administration I love this hotel Puerta del Sur. Friendly and respectful staff, good amenities, amazing views of the river and Cau-cau bridge. Good breakfast. No spiders and mosquitoes as it was in the past. I fully recommend this one special when you book thru Expedia, much cheaper than by the front desk."

"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "
