"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The walls were very thin, so I heard all the talking in the room next to mine. I'm not a fan of faux wood plank floors, but it appears Best Western is installing them in their rooms now. I felt I was walking on a dirty floor. When I spilled my water and cleaned it up, I was surprised how dirty the floor was. Finally, I was not happy that I had to pay $10 a night (plus taxes)for parking in the Best Western parking lot. Really?"
