"What a find, this is the renovated holiday inn express at St chad’s Queensway and what a renovation. Separate bedroom with king bed, lounge and kitchen and en suite bathroom. All immaculate, will be my new Birmingham go to!"

However the Gas Street basin area was very close by which was very pleasant."

"I think every standard room should have glass wear and tea/coffee , water But I know it’s not only Ibis that cuts down on every need of the guests so they can then charge for those basic services . Check out times keep getting earlier but checkin times keep getting later . This is a general view of mine for almost every Franchised hotel however £30 fee for a night and the cleanness , efficiency, safety of the guests is more than reasonable. I slept very well too."

"My husband and I booked a one night stay at this hotel unfortunately my husband was taken ill on arrival and spent a week in hospital, the hotel staff and management were amazing they went above and beyond to enable me to stay close to my husband at a very stressful time, I cannot thank the whole team enough especially Richard."
