"Pros: friendly staff, great location, and decent offerings such as complementary chocolates, assortment of teas and coffee with a nespresso machine in the room plus a bar/restaurant in lobby. Cons: the lobby could use some work. It looks outdated, dark and the toilets and sink in the lobby restroom were clogged. Not a good look when you first enter, giving a motel vibe. The rooms are also small."

"The only concern I had was with the shower/bathtub combination. It is very difficult getting out, because the floor of the room is 6" lower than the bottom of the tub. And without anything to hold on to, I found it very dangerous."

"Could not have asked for a better experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. If you are looking for dinner, dont skip the meal deal with the included breakfast!"

"Staff helpful, room well used and a couple of lights out in the bathroom, but blackout curtains worked and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so a good night’s sleep was had for fifty quid."
